Wijn Centanni Primodelia Igt Bio

Biologiche Wine matured in barrel barrique. There are 5 different grape varieties and each has its own maturation harvested at different times. After 1 year of refinement in steel with continuous retardation and after carrying out malolactic fermentation, the wine is placed in large wooden barrels of 10hl for 1 year. The wine is then bottled and left to rest in the bottle for at least 1 year.
